  • Duels on a max

What's yalls thoughts on dueling out a max 2 will it swim better. Do y'all think it will be to hard on the chains and srockets. Give me your thoughts.

I have no experiene but I have seen videos where it would go better in water. Sits higher and more stable. What is to hard on bearings and chains? It will be harder then without duals. All the tire weight slamming back and forth is hard on the chains and sprockets when its in the water. Extra axle length is hard on bearings and axles when on land.

Thanks for the reply Larry that's what I was worried about just wonder with the extended axle length how much harder it's going to be on the machine

most folks reccomend going one or two tire sizes smaller on the outboard tire. That way when you are on hard pack (pavement, gravel, ect) the outboard tires dont actualy touch the ground. but when you are in the water or mud, rock and roll. Lost of folks also poor boy it and just get axel extensions ( i know it makes argos more stable in the water)
