don't skimp on your gauges,i went with faria marine units.2 volt gauges since i'm running dual batterys and engine temp gauge is a must!!! digital tachometer/hour meter unit has programmable service reminders,is waterproof, shows real run time since is activated by spark and not key on and tach works with 2 cylinder 4 strokes, boat stores are a great source for aatv parts since they are intended for harsh enviroments.DONT use auto gauges they wont last! also found these nice air exhaust vents from a small boat.if your 6x6 doesn't have gauges don't be afraid to cut some holes in body,it will only make it better and a little different from all the cookie cutter machines out there!!!if you dont want to cut holes you can take the easy way out and use an under dash mounting plate. i was going to install a fuel gauge but since my rear mounted tank is kinda small i decided to go with a small reserve tank up front, found this go cart tank layin around, increases capasity and dont have to check or worry about running out of fuel, when main tank runs out simply switch to the reserve tank and head for base!if u don't already have a fire extinguisher get one!!!can be mounted anywhere to help balance machine.

gonna strip paint, love the yellow bottom but the brown top dosnt work for me so painting it black, will go well with black seats, gauges and vents.something like this.more louvered vents going in under wing, wing is for updraft to draw hot air out of engine compartment not downforce and the engine cover is too big and boxy needed something! just cut vent holes, vibrating trim saw works great on plastic, blade does not spin also has segmented blade( flat on one side)for nice sqaure corners.right side vent had to be cut as well for gas tank clearance.cut 6" off each side of wing and cut teardrops out of square side plates aswell
