Family and good friends to ride with as well can make for some really long lasting memories.......just take a look at Rock Doctor and the memories that he has made with his family....this is a prime example....

jpswift1 - You're welcome! and yeah I know you can never have too many tools, right now I have too few, bout to start working on that though, looking at some welding machines!

bazoo - I work in the oilfield down in south louisiana, I work seven days then I'm off seven days, so I definitly have the time, money? eh I got money, not as much as I'd like though lol, just gotta prioritise things I want to do to my SSF and take it one step at a time.

guyfox - I hear ya on that, it's one of the main reasons I bought the SSF, me and the kids will have alot of fun on it, my wife refuses to get on it though lol, I know a couple guys with 4wheelers but none in my area with AATV's, I'll have to work on that.

You'll be absolutely astonished what you can get accomplished with a simple set of wrenches/sockets, a 4 1/2" angle grinder, a hand drill, and a little 110-140amp MIG welder. You can get in PLENTY of trouble with just that. Older ARC welders are going for VERY cheap now-a-days as more and more used MIGs and TIGs come on the market.

If you are going to buy a welder get a miller or lincoln.
And make sure its powered with 220 volts not 110. (unless all you weld is tin)

Oh yeah I'd definitly get a miller or lincoln, probobly end up with a lincoln arc welder they're pretty cheap right now, and use that for awhile till I could swing a mig welder. I have a decent tool set at the moment right now, wrenches and sockets (been having them since I was about 16 so I'm missing a few would like to get a new set). I do have a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder but it's on it's last leg could use a new one, and I have a good reciprocating saw, and a cordless and corded drill but they are only 3/8 drive I'd like a good 1/2.
