If you are looking for "ready to run" already welded to the axle tubes with holes drilled, you have to look for used, or buy from.....dare I say...that RR place that some people hate so much. I don't know of any other source.
I think the better option would be to make them yourself, or have a local machine shop make them. With the old part in hand, it should be very easy for the machine shop to duplicate it or simply turn the old sprocket off the tube and replace it.....if your bolt holes are still tight.
Cheap sprockets (around $10-15 ea.) will not last as long as the hardened tooth sprockets. You could contact Buffalo Bearing again to check their prices, but sprockets are available at any industrial supply......keep center hole dia. in mind when you order. It's easy to make the hole bigger, hard to make it smaller.
Post up some pictures of the sprockets, and we should be able to tell you if they can be saved or not.
As for the chains, Rusted up chains may just eat up those new sprockets, especially if stiff and don't wrap around the sprocket easily. Without seeing what you are working with, I'd suggest new chain before the new sprockets.

Buffalo Bearing sells sprockets too. They can get you G&G brand ones, USA made and the ones that Recreatives uses on all the new Max 6 wheelers."Looks like you have a problem with your 4 wheeler........you're missin' two wheels there"
