Dose any one know the year or modle?

Looks like a Hustler 900, early to mid 70's. What engine is in it, a Kohler 440 or Chaparral 484?

Yep, it's most likely a Hustler 900. Get some of this to strip the black spray bomb paint off and you'll have a good looking machine.
