Clutch Recomendation?

I have a hustler 980 Bigfoot that I am installing a 26hp Kohler. What kind of clutch should I use to get the maximum performance out of it?

1" shaft on engine or bigger. I assume bigger?

I have a 1 1/8 now. I'm thinking about putting in a 30hp crank and push rods. So I can go 1" or 1 1/8.

I'm running a 1 1/8 comet 94 c on my kohler magnum 20 I'll let you know how it runs when I get in from offshore
