anyone know of or have done a bike lever or some other readily aval. replacement for a broken throttle lever.. I am very new to this

Your best bet is to call up Recreatives Industries, who produce the Max ATV's. Amphibious Six-Wheel Drive All-Terrain Vehicles: MaxATVs - Call 1-800-255-2511 You can get a new throttle lever from them.
