I have warn on all of my atvs.I use them to raise/lower my dozer blades and brush shears.Ihave been very pleased with them.2500# on the honda 350 4x4 and 3000# on the hustler. One of my brothers has a portable building business and I had helped load 16' x 40' finished cabins on trailers for delivery,so I knew that for all out pulling Warn was the way to go for me.Robbie is right they are high;but I have personally and on many occasions seen a 8000# warn tie on to and drag a building that a 12,000# Ramsey would barely move.As they say:it is better to drive than to winch and it is better to winch than to walk.Remember, you get what you pay for.-brushcutter out.

    Any specific brands? ratings?

I've seen photos here on this forum that gives me a pretty good idea of how to make a mount on my front bumper.
