Got Them Chains Adjusted
Hey All,
I'm finished pulling my axles & correctly reinstalling them.
I took my time with the chain alignment and they're right on. It does take a little effort, but I feel it's worth it if you don't want to prematurely wear out your chains and sprockets.
I always started with the middle axle & I adjusted the left side of the machine first, then the right side.
I took my machine on a test spin last night for about 20 minutes. I drove it pretty hard at times. I did a close inspection of the machine after the ride & everything looks great. Just a few chain adjustments are needed. I'm assuming this will be ongoing with these stupid adjusters. These will be modified in the future.
Thanks to everyone for your help. The people on this forum are the nicest of any forum I've participated in.
