  • Hustler 900 / 950 chain lengths?

I'm getting ready to install the chains in my Hustler and I realize i have no idea if what the chain link count should be. I'm not sure if the old chains are accurate or if the previous owner took links out.

The drive (big sprocket) is a 35 tooth
the rest except the t-20 is a 26 tooth

If anyone has the accurate chain link count for all the chains that would be great.

I counted the links from my old chain and here is what I found for the archives. The count is the # of pins (I assume that is considered the link count)

Drive from the T-20 to center axle: 78

from center to front axle: 118

from center to rear axle: 112

Again I'm not 100% sure this is the factory specs but that's what I'm going by. I hope this helps someone in the future.

not sure if this will help but my 900hk took 30 ft of chain. If I get a chance on wed or thur (my weekend) I can count the links and let you know
