    Chain Rollers

I would suggest UHMU. I need to replace my rollers on my Hustler as well and this is what I had in mind using. I would think you would need a lathe to dill the center hole out so that the roller would rotate true.

    McMaster-Carr

Somebody else could chime in on this material but it seems to me this is want Huslter used.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and avoid Richards Relics/ Route6x6. Most parts he gets directly from Recreatives and then just marks up the price. If you have a Hustler or other brand AATV you can often use Max parts. For example, you can use a Max IV throttle cable and handle on a Hustler. This is what I always do......the guys from Recreatives take good care of you and offer excellent support unlike other places out there.

As far as the rollers go, I believe they're nylon or teflon.......most industrial supply places or bearing places will be able to hook you up with something.
