  • Hustler 980 dimensions?

Anybody have the length and width on a 980? Might be picking one up and would like to load it in the bed of a pickup truck.

Going by the brochure here http://www.6x6world.com/forums/conte...bious-atv.html it is 54" X 94" but it doesn't say what model or year that is. I would imagine that was close but have the owner verify it before you go to pick it up. Most AATVs will fit in the back of a full size pickup without a problem. You will just have to ride up on the fenders a little with the middle tires. You may want to take some boards or 4 cmu blocks with you to drive the front and rear tires on so that the middle ones aren't sitting on your inner fenders?

I was able to fit my Hustler 980 in the back of my Dodge Dakota without the wheels and tires on it. I got it home safely from Birmingham, Alabama to Buffalo, NY. I just put the wheels and tires inside the machine, and strapped everything down very well.

Mike posted the link to the Hustler brochure, and the dimensions of the 980 Hustler BIGFOOT are the same as the standard Hustler except it is higher, but everything else is pretty much the same.

How did u get the machine in the back of your truck without wheels and tires? That might be the way to go if we can get it up there without them on.
