it will depend how much material i can get my hands on. i may have to start paying for material if i do too many. another option is once i get mine done, i can get a price on having them made. the Delrin is $56 a foot, so i don't want to push my luck too much

I've been looking for something to use on the rear chain adjusters myself. The Bigfoot doesn't have enough space to use idlers either, and a pinch-type floating adjuster will push the upper chain into the frame members. If you are going to produce more than you need, R13, I'd be glad to buy a couple as well.

Mike, i'm borrowing some machine shop time, and supplys next week to build the rollers for my hustler. i'm going to make a steel sleeve 3/4 OD, 1/2 ID by 2.125 long, to be able to bolt it tight, then a 2" OD roller with a 0.760 ID by 2" long. the roller is going to be made from self lubricating delrin so hopefully that will allow them to spin ok. i'm going this route because i've struck out on all searches for a bearing roller with a big enough bore size. if these sound like they might work for you let me know and I can make a few extras and send them up to you.

Need leads for HDPE rollers with bearings
I'm looking for someplace that sells HDPE rollers with a bearing through it, like this one:

Due to space limitations I'm unable to use idler sprockets. Also I need to be able to clamp the roller flush to a metal plate so just the old stock rollers wont work.
I've tried the usual suspects Mcmaster Carr, surplus supply etc.. but I've come up empty. if anyone has a lead it would be much appreciated.
