  • New rollbar for my hustler

Well I finaly got the rollbar for my hustler made thanks to whipper it came out real nice still have to put the rack rail on the back. I had a few close one's but now there's a little protection around me yehhhh.... we also re-modified the tranny chain tensioners from rollers on both sides to one pressure roller with an adjuster no more chain slap or banging... nice and quiet I'll have pic's later due to my camera is in the shop. We also found a bad chain and sprocket, whipper took the sprocket to work and cut the weld off I went and got a new sprocket but they didn;t have the "A" model (flat) so I had to get the "B" model (w/hub) whipper just cut off the hub and welded the sprocket on he's amazing problem solved again thanks whipper...
    more to follow.....

Awesome job guys! I love the lines. They really compliment the car. Now that you have the cage you can start doing some crazy jumps right?

Oh, that's lookin' beefy, Reb. It's tough to compliement a curvy machine with a roll cage, but you've done it.

Nice job on the roll cage, best looking one on a hustler I have seen. It is tough to tell from the pictures, but are the bars welded onto brackets that are bolted on top of the tub rail? What gauge tubing did you use?
I am building a 50hp v-twin for my 980...looks like I will be needing a roll bar too!

                    Hammers should have warning labels.
