Home depot sells the lifan's for about 349 free shipping site to store if you have one close comes complete but I believe it has one of those adjustable throttles on it and I'm not sure how to switch that to be a remote throttle. Lifan bought the molds from honda for most of the smaller engines b/c honda wanted to get out of the small engine business but I have heard good things about them. Lifan also sells a 20 HP version but I can't find anyone in the US that sells them.

Lifan makes engines sold around the world. Here in the U.S. they also sell the diesel motors as well. They are marketed under the Punsun trade name. A1biofuel is a supply source for these. The 20 and 22 HP models are available at competitive prices to Briggs and Kohler gas engines but offer higher torque, and obviously with a diesel, better economy. There is also a 13 HP single cylinder that they sell, but from what the website shows they are out of stock on that unit.
The 25 HP diesel in my Super Swamp Fox has HP and torque to spare, so I think in a small machine 13 HP should be more than adequate. In fact 10 probably is sufficient.
