  • What Model Do I Have?

This Hustler needs a caburetor, a coil, and few things engine wise and should be good to go. Caught fire from the guy before me. Know anyone that has a good body and engine parts?

I also need Attex parts from the frame up for a 'Lil Truck.

I have Hustler parts, including a body, and possibly a carb depending on what engine you have, and I also have frame parts for your Attex. What specifically are you looking for on the Attex and what kind of carb is on the Hustler? As far as the model of your Hustler goes, I would say that it is a Hustler 930. What engine is in it? Could you maybe snap a few more pics of the inside of each machine too?

Those are going to be 2 extremly desireable machines when you have them all fixed up. Congrats on purchasing some very nice AATVs!

      Hustler and Attex

Here are few more pictures. The guy i got the Hustler from thought it was a 14hp. I know it is a Kohler.

The Attex body is in great condition but there is only the axels left which are very rusty.

The Kohlers in the later Hustlers were single cylinder 4 stroke were 16HP and were produced in the late 1970's up until 1981 I believe before they were replaced with the flat twin I/C Briggs 18HP engines. I have a bunch of Attex axles, but you could also make them yourself or have them made very easily. You would use 4140 heat treated 1" chromoly rod......I believe around 17 3/4" long. Then you would just have two holes drilled in it for the sprocket tube and the wheel hub. Your best bet would to be get a can of PB Blaster and soak the axles and sprocket tubes with it for a few days before you take it all apart.
