Its been not quite 6 months since my first encounter with one (thanks jpswift), now i can have a first encounter with her every time i look in my garage. Im glad to hear that we have another bigfoot owner on the forum. You know Hinesville Ga is just a puddle jump away from me. We should meet up and go riding some time. Let me know if you need some help getting it going again.HUSTLER 980 NOS BUILD

Thanks Highrollinmopars, where exactly are you located at? There's a new atv park about 10 minutes away from me. its small, bout 100 acres, but it has one monster of a mud pit. I will be sure to hit you up if I have any major problems. The biggest part of my rebuild would be straightening and stiffening sections of the chassis that is bent or crack, and getting the T-20 bands relined. Thanks again "High"HUSTLEMANIAC and a HONORARY MEMBER of the

Cool, Another Bigfoot owner! Glad to hear you got one and you're going to try and have it at Busco. We should have a pretty good group of the classic machines this year.Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.
(6) Attex, a Hustler, a Super Swamp Fox, (2) Tricarts, (3) Tri-sports, a Sno-co trike, 3 Dunecycles, and a Starcraft! ...so far

I just went through the same problems with my frame. It was cracked at almost every weld on the frame rails and had split and twisted in places. I would get it sandblasted so you can see all the cracks. If you need something welded I can lend you a hand if you bring it to me. Are you going to rebuild you t-20 yourself? I have one here that im was sent off to RI about 5 years ago but its out and I wouldnt mind giving it a refresh. Im buying a tube bender here in a week or so and I plan on building some cross brases to connect the front and rear bumpers together and tie them back into the frame. This should add a great deal of strength.HUSTLER 980 NOS BUILD
