If you are having to run it with the choke on it needs the carb cleaned.There should be a fuel pump on the engine,Follow the fuel line till you find the fuel pump.Most of these motor run a vacuum pump that pulls vacuum from the motor.Nice looking hustler.I bought one just like it 2 years ago and took it straight from the guy i bought it from to the creek to check it out and burnt up the trans.It had no trans fluid in it.Live and learn.
