Axel stuck any tips ?

Im in the proess of a rebuild was abel to remove most axels but have one that WILL NOT come out? Ive tried penetrating oil and a hammer but has not givven an inch.

I had one where I needed to cut the weld on the wheel flange, pulled the flange off and pulled the axle out from the inside of the tub. Then I was able to put it in a press to separate the sprocket tube....and the axle was saved.

I see you have a hustler. What is stuck, sprocket or bearing?

the sprocket is loose trying to replace the bearings its the left front axel ohh and I have a hustler 900 (I think)

if the issue is a bearing stuck to the axle, use a cutoff wheel either in an electric, or air die grinder to carefully cut the bearing off the axle. if you cut almost all the way through the inner race in 2 spots, you can usually whack it with a hammer and it will break and fall off without doing any damage to the axle.
