As a norm it looks professional! Haven't had time to look at all the pictures but i fully intend to study with a keen eye! Glad you finally got this out in the open!

The center of the drive clutch has to be at the top of the side plate in case I have to mold the bottom tub a little bit.

You could slam the motor as close to the frame as you can get it and flare out the side plate next to the clutch to allow the tub to be pushed out. With all of the modifications you've done to this one already, what's one more.

Is this the first time you have used the Team CVTs? If so, did you have them built to your specifications or do they have some off-the-shelf clutches that work well?

A year and a half ago when I visited Recreatives, they had a few extras from a special batch made for a certain customer. I REALLY like the orange of the old machines, but this orange is a little different......I don't know how else to describe it. I was tempted to buy one anyway, but opted for the blue for my bigfoot project.
In hindsight, I should have gotten one....rumor has it, they are gone and will never be back.

I was at RI in July 2011 and saw some orange tops too but the ones I saw were a little more red than the examples posted on this thread. These look better.
