It will pull a little but has like pulling back action(like a spring) it's probably something stupid but need some help

Did you loosen the concentric locking collars on the outside of the bearings? The bearings are held tight to the axles by these collars. You'll see an allen head setscrew that must be removed, you'll also see a second hole in the collar. The second hole is used to loosen the collar. Use a dull cold chisel or punch and hammer to drive the collar counter-clockwise as viewed from the outside of the tub. Of course if the bearing is fond of the axle and doesn't want to let go, you'll need to remove the 3 bolts holding the bearing flange to the tub. Then you can pull the axle with the bearing still attached. The flange will have some caulk or other sealant holding it to the tub so you might have to pry it allittle. Good luck.

I went straight for pulling the whole thing out with the flange because I wanted to KNOW for sure that everythingnaroundnthosemflanges was watertight. Plus want to sand most of that rust crap off and get those with some rust preventer on me for the future. So probably what's holding me is some mind of caulking or seat between flange and the tub?

Sorry it took so long to get back to this, but no. There is an inner bearing that fits on the end of the axle at the center frame rail, there will be some sort of lock there, it will be either a setscrew or lock collar which will also have a setscrew on it.DESTRUCTION is just a couple of vowels down the street from DISTRACTION
