  • Replacing Sprockets on Max II

Hi Everyone. I am struggling to locate used sprockets for my Max II, so I am considering other options. I can get the generic sprockets for about $10 each, but will need my old sprockets lathed down and have the new ones welded onto the sprocket assembly. Has anyone done this before? Is it more work than it is worth? It sounds like the front sprockets are not available for drum brake units anymore, except from Richards. I am looking for any ideas...

    Thanks,
    Rob

I know MaxIVMark has a set of Max II sprockets he's looking to sell. He'd probably separate them too. They're for an early #40 chain machine.

Thanks. I actually have a nice set of #40 sprockets, but I really want to put the #50's on.... Any leads on those?
