Idler gears

I am trying to remove the idler gears that adjust the final drive chains. I cannot get the bolt/axle out of the center of the gear. Is there a trick to getting the bolt out or is it just stuck in the gear that tight?

Probably corrosion, use penetrating oil, hammer, puller, maybe some heat...
