tire help

Hi guys
I know this probably has been covered but i need to ask, I have a set of25x13x9 inch wheels that are free to me the circumference is 25.7 inches which is 12.8 aproc center of wheel to outside of thread.

will this work on a 2000 max ii atv?? i am in afghanistan and dont want to wast money sending them home if they wont work.

The 25" circumference, if measured on the bead sealing ledge, dived by Pi (3.1416), means it's an eight inch diameter rim.
13" wide is VERY wide. Most 8" rims on our machines are 7-8" wide. Too wide of a rim will create clearance problems to the tub, not to mention being very hard to find tires that will actually bead up without ether. Which can be dangerous, I know, I blew a tire right off the rim once. LOL

I would probably pass on them, unless it is real cheap to get them home.

good morning
the tire size is 25x13x9 and I have the rims for them. the total circumference around the tire is 25.78 inches. I belive the center to center of the axles are 25 inches on a MAX ll if this is correct than these will be to large correct??

I think there is some confusion because of the wording on your thread. You called it a wheel but I think you meant tire. You also mentioned circumference of 25.78 inches but I believe you mean diameter?

If it is a 25.78" diameter tire then it will not fit.

You are correct, my bad, i should have said TIRE. thanks for the info. now I know I dont need to wast my money shipping these home unless someone on here needs themn for their gator and in that case I will make someone a great deal. shipping these willbe about 140 dollars for a set of 4 TIRES and wheels.
