I have about run out of plugs for the max. Im in Mississippi and will be headed out friday. Whats the quickest way to get my hand on some of these plugs or is there something I can get to double for them untill i can get some more?

There is mention on this site of using marine bait well and?kayak plugs.
I,m trying to get cap plugs from hard ware store, last try was to small. But they have them, about one time use once they are pulled out. A concern mentioned has been not having surface to snag out side tub. Perhaps installing drain plug so greatest mass or lever or t handle depending on style is inside tub.
      G,luck.

Try a local Max dealer. If that doesn't work, you could find a dealer for Caplugs.....they're 3/4". These are the ones that Recreatives use. Caplugs - Home - Caplugs

If you could find boat plugs, as mentioned in a previous post, they'd probably work too.

I used livewell plugs. They work great! not sure on the size, but I got them on ebay. About 6 of them (spares) for about $15.

I found some 3/4" boat plugs at the Ace Hardware here in town. Hopefully they will get me by untill the ones I ordered from RI come in.

Those look identical to the ones I came across. Do you have any trouble with them pulling out? I would think they would be easier to take in and out than the original plugs that I seem to tare when I pull out with a pair of pliers.
