  • Left Stick Modification?

Sorry for all the questions, but I am a new owner of a MaxIV and the left steering stick is modified with a curved piece at the top of the stick. What is this for? Common sense tells me it is for sitting on the left side of the machine. But, I think as I get older my common sense went out to left field and won't come back. Again, I'm new to this stuff so bare with my ignorance.

Both sticks on a max should have a couple slight bends to put both sticks over to the left a bit. I believe it is so you can comfortably drive from the left side of the machine when carrying a passenger up front or in the middle when during solo in the front. I hope that answers your question.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

Thanks drew, it's looks like the thing they put over you when you are going for a thrill ride. It is about a foot and a half long. Pretty neat looking.

Here's my guess based on your description. It's an extension to the left stick so it's not as awkward sitting all the way on the left side. Should sort of give you the feeling of bike handlebars and you don't have to sit sort of crooked and maybe strain the left shoulder. If it's as I pictured in my head, that's a good, comfortable mod.

For some reason my reply didn't make it in. What it looks like is one of those fold over devices that they put over ya on a thrill ride. I'm sure it is to give you the ability to steer easier when sitting on the left side.
