Battery for max 4

I bought my max used with no battery and no real info. What is the best battery to use? Does it take a car battery or an atv battery?

Where are you located Jon? I've got two of the things sitting on my garage floor. I hate them because of the low capacity. I put car type batteries in my machines. I'd love to buy optimas, but just can't seem to part with the money.
