  • How the heel do ya get the INNER back "driver side" wheel bearing off?

Do I have to take the engine out? Sure looks like it....which does not bother me much as I have an engine hoist, but my wife is starting to think that I buy stuff JUST to take it apart, I put it back together and it is mint but she seems to miss that part!lol For real though I am doing ALL WHEEL BEARINGS inner and outer on a 2001 MaxII. I have tools and whisky, any other advice? PS Paint cans make PERFECT jack stands for these! Thanks, Steve

If you plan on replacing the bearing, just cut it off with a cutoff wheel in a regular old 4-1/2" grinder. The new bearing will come with a new collar.
