new max ii owner need help

    Your engine is adjustable. It sits on a substantial steel plate that is connected to the frame via rubber isolation mounts. The motor plate is slotted at the rubber mounts and if all 4 are loosened it will slide 1/2" or so.
    There are lots of problems that could cause your low end bog, but the belt issue is the most common. Where are you located? Maybe another local member could help you out.
    Remember free beer= cheap labor.

      Make sure it is firing on both cylinders. These engines run very well on one cylinder except they're low on power. With the engine idling, use insulated pliers to carefully pull off one spark plug cap to kill spark to that plug. The engine should barely change. Put it back on and pull the other one. If it dies when you pull off one, you know it is only firing on that plug.

        Ok i try that tommorrow iam in south west florida if it does die wut do i need to make both cyclinders fire thanx everyone so far its helpd
