hard to get in gear

just picked this max ii up but its hard to get in gear it kinda grinds a little could idle be to high

The t-20 can be a little difficult to shift sometimes but shouldn't really be making any grinding noises. I'd start by turning your idle down. If its just grinding a little bit I wouldn't worry to much.

slowing down the idle helps, with the spring loaded sticks on a MAX you must hold them back into the neutral position while shifting. It takes practice not force just jigle the stick with fingers it wil get better with practice.
