What are my options for belts and clutch springs?

Hi, so on my 2001 MaxII (16hp Vangaurd) I have the motor, trans, all chains, and soon to be getting at to root of the problems, the bearings. My question is this. The belt looks pretty old and I plan to get a new one and keep this in it for a spare. Is there a better/stronger belt that are the way to go for these? Also, what are my options for clutch springs? Thanks!

I think you'll be very happy with the performance of the 16HP Vanguard coupled with a red driven clutch spring.
