So i was was out playing with my son and found a nice mud whole, took a left hand turn and POP! Then could hear it with every revolution afterwards. Pulled floor pan and found the culprit lost some teeth on my chain tensioner. So where is the best place to get replacements and what can be done to prevent it in the future. Chain wasn't overly tight actually I was worried it was loose as when it was not under drive pressure it almost looked like it was hitting the tub.

You can order the sprockets direct from Recreatives Industries Amphibious Six-Wheel Drive All-Terrain Vehicles: MaxATVs - Call 1-800-255-2511
There could be several reasons for the problem: If the chain was too loose, it can get caught on the edge of the idler tooth and then slam back down causing the popping sound. If the chain itself has some links that are frozen, it can have a similar effect. The idler sprocket bearing could be going bad and it could have locked up. Also, the idler sprocket can sometimes get loosened back up and when that happens, it allows the chain to loosen and pop as mentioned above.
You may figure out more when you take the idler sprocket out. Check the bearing and see if it is still good. Also check the chain to make sure that all of the links pivot freely. Either way, it sounds like a simple fix of replacing the idler sprocket.
