  • Hand Throttle upgrade?????

I have a plastic Hand Throttle on my 2000 Max IV that is damaged, by chance is there an all aluminum or stainless steel one that's available for replacement using the stock heated cable? I would like a new or used one if available. Let me know.

The old style plastic base throttles did break quite often, and will slip on the stick. You can get a little more life out of yours by running a self drilling screw (tek screw) through the side into the lateral stick.
Recreatives does sell the new style throttle lever with an aluminum base, but it's not compatible with your old cable and you would need a new one of those also.
    Sorry for the bad news.
