Very cool I am thinking about doing a 3 cylinder kubota in my max 4 in the next few weeks where did you get the shaft to bolt the clutch to the fly wheel? The 4 cylinder is going to be a torque monster in there but are you gonna do a electric fan and put the radiator under the seat or something also I was concerned with that much weight up that high in the tub I was considering moving the front seat back a getting rid of the rear seat and sit the engine low in front of the t20 but I didn't know about finding a drive belt long enough for that set up either plus having 4 seats is cool especially with diesel power and a smoke stack like a dodge lol
not to concerned about the weight recreatives does it with motors that weigh about the same as this one plus i wanted to keep the back seat for duck season i made the shaft that bolts onto the flywheel i have a lathe and mill at work so its fairly easy no i have to try and find a belt for it
Very cool Shawn... Which engine is that, a 1305, or bigger? The 1505 is about 250 pounds dry (and no radiator, exhaust, stub shaft, clutch) so yours must be a smaller unit because.... man..... I can't think of anything RI puts in there that weighs anywhere near that.
Cool install so far.... I've been Jonesin' for pictures...
I cant seem to find a V800 on the Kabota site,,,I am fixing to do a D 1105 Turbo install ,,Ya gotta be carefull tho some of the engines are for constant speed only,,can you post a link of the data sheet on your 800
Wow your Max IV will certainly have enough power. I have been looking at putting a diesel in my Max Buffalo but limited with space. Looking forward to your end results.
it was very tough to find info on my engine i finally found a service manual and its in three different languages lol here is the spec sheet to my engine is the one in the middle V800-B
guy told me he was using it in a mower and for the hydro system its really tough to find anything about this motor and I have not found another one for sale either
