maxII #10055 i really need some help with my axles, and sprockets.i had adjusted all chains ect. Drove it for awhile, about two weeks later rechecked every thing and found that rear right sprocket was lose and moving around on the axle .Knowing that the axle would need replaced, i put a weld around on one side. Two weeks later noticed that my driver side main bottom sprocket of the t 20 was doing the same. so i welded it on. On one side. Today i was riding with my four wheeler friends heard a pop, raised the cover the chain adjuster broke and had separated the chain. also that rear sprocket had broken its weld and moving around some.. also noticed that the same axle of the t 20 had broke is weld and was moving some again. Is there any way at all to beef this thing up at all please help thanks

If you can post some pictures as it sits someone may see something and point you in a direction.
Did the sprockets have the dogged set screws in it? (unthreaded tit on the end)sigpic
My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
Joe Camel never does that.
Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

Should have the pointed set screws with a second regular one on top to lock it, if they loosened the dogs or points may have broken and or wore the hole in the axle they lock in. The split collars are a good idea after you repair it.
If your holes in the axles are wore you could remove the axles and sprockets and drill a new hole on a different spline.sigpic
