    Felt I had to post this, I ordered a throttle cable from Ri and granted it did take a while to get because of their move, but I just want to congratulate them on great customer service, I just got off the phone with Matt who called me to see if I had received my order and was happy, I've NEVER ordered something and received a follow up call.
    So 10 ++ to R.i

    l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!

      They most definitely are!

      Moves are always disruptive but there are people dedicated strictly to serving current customers and all parts requests are given direct attention.

      Kudos to Matt for making the time to personally follow up in addition to having to oversee the move!

      A sign of things to come!

        Glad to see ya gettin some satisfaction. Now bring something to Ashtabula this June if you can make it down. You'll have a great time.

          I also got a call from Matt yesterday following up and got some good advice to hold on to my money and not rush into buying parts until I was sure of what I needed. I can imagine the amount of work it takes to dig out from merging a whole new product line into a company and I really appreciate the effort to make sure that customers aren't stranded along the way. I have had much worse treatment from companies that aren't the single source for what they sell.

            It took me several tries yesterday and today, but I was finally able to order two bearings and seal kit for my T20. I called the 1-800 number listed on the Max website. Was told to expect a week or two. Hope it won't take that long. I'm guessing it is still a madhouse at Muddox/RI.

              I got my order in yesterday thanks to Matt he try the best to get all the order out for all of us you rock Matt . A+++++++

                Well I am not happy with customer service. I ordered 2 of the 2" t20 output case bearings, and a complete seal and gasket kit with thrust washers. I received a key switch, 2 big paper case gaskets and the grease seals for the t-20 case, and 1 plunger o-ring. Not at all what I ordered, I have my order correct on the packing list.

                  Oh no. Did you call and see if they can get the problem corrected. I bet they will be happy to help solve the mis-shipped items. I wonder if someone received your stuff.

                    Was able to get in contact with Matt the other day. He resent the correct parts and the incorrect parts are in route back. Matt supplied me a prepaid flat rate shipping label for the returned parts. I am much happier now.
