  • inner frame rear axle bearing

is there any way to get to the grease zert fitting on the inner axle bearing, rear left on a max 2 ? if you have to remove the engine and engine mount plate, how do you ever get the nuts back on the bolts ? even my skinny fingers won't fit in there. are the nut's welded to the frame so you can just unthread the bolt then rethread back in ? any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks, johnboy va.

You can take the four nuts off the motor mount plates and tip the motor forward to get to the grease fitting. when I have the engine out I Drill a new hole in the casting and thread it for a fitting in a good spot so I can grease the bearing without lifting the motor
