Reverse problem?

I have a 1996 Max IV and I have had it for a year and it's been a great machine but only one side pulls in reverse...anybody have any ideas as to what might cause this???

You probably need to adjust your bands in the t-20. There is a great how-to article you can use on the site. It can be found through the home page.
