Installed a new winch on my Max IV

Got home from work tonight and installed a winch on my Max IV. Mounted it on the guard on the front still need to run the wires back to the battery.

Trouble with a winch installation

I installed one about a month ago. It reeled in about 3' and stopped. My troubleshooting revealed that I have main power to the controller, but I don't seem to have power at the controller or the solenoid is not working properly. I suspect the latter as the power point still works and that is where my control power comes from. Has anyone else had this problem? The winch is a 3000# Warn with synthetic rope.

I am open to suggestions on what to check next.
