The heater is under the front seat angled up toward the windshield. It's got a two speed blower. I took the back seat out to haul gear.
What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.

      Cargo rack

I needed more room for hauling my portable ice shack, xmas trees, and deer. And since a new eight wheeler isn't in the budget I came up with this. It's off to get powder coated tomorrow.

The powder coating turned out great. Just had to add a removable elbow on the exhaust and a heat shield for the cargo.

Cool idea for carrying your auger. Your rear winch idea has me thinking.

Thanks for the compliments. Someday I want to build a hard cab for it too.

Did you build the cloth top for it?

You can get a nice rheostat switch from Amazon and make that heater a variable controlled unit.

Good idea. For now I just turn the blower off. The cab is factory.

                        Max fishin

Well the ice is gone now but had a good winter fishin. For me getting there was half the fun. Through out my travels I've seen lots of tracked Rangers but I have yet to see another amphib. I like the amphibious quality for safety.

Nice photos. It looked like you had a good catch during that time in the season. I think I would want an amphib for safety as well, especially during the more questionable times of freeze/melt.

I'll probably get slapped for saying that lol. Got the cab done finally.
