Which alternator to use?

Has anyone succeeded with this MOD I have a 2005 max iv 950t with the 27hp kawasaki and I want to put a additional alternator on it as well but not sure exactly how I should go about it or what all needs to be done to have it set up and fabricated correctly?

I thought about doing the same thing with mine but it's pretty congested in the engine bay so I took the easy rout and threw another battery in there to run a big light bar with a smart switch in between the two batteries as to not drain the start battery. Which by the way is a full size battery.
