T20 slipping

98 max4 with 20hp kola. On a hill climb or hard maneuver the tranny slips on the left side. Can you adjust these? Any special tools required? Thanks for any info

Are you pushing forward on the sticks when it slips? The springs alone are not enough pressure.

I think so but will pay more attention next ride. And today it ate the belt. It looked like the clutches were lined up ok the belt looked good. Ripped the teeth of the belt and threw them at me. Belt ended up inside out on the clutches. Is it a normal belt wear or something else?
