chain adjusters

Hello I'm curious if anyone has tried to make there own chain adjusters? I've seen some aftermarket adjusters like richards but i'd like to make my own maybe a screw-type aduster like almost every automobile uses. If anyone knows of a design or has tried to make there own. I'd like to hear about it.

I did, I just built these to replace the poorly designed stock Hustler chains. So far so good, no rubbing on the frame or chain slap on the bottom of the tub.
