First, I have been a "lurker" for the past 3 months. Reading and learning about these awesome vehicles, I got this one from CL a few weeks ago. The vin plate shows it as a 1987 w/Kawasaki 440

Thanks, yes it is fast, but Im a diesel freak. One of the 3 aircooled diesels will be transplanted later. Does your Max have the "accessory" plug on the dash?

Cool. I really wish I had one as it can really be a life saver when you have to get into a tough place. Oh, and the 6x6 is nice too, not just the auto lift in your shop!!

By the way, is the rear rack oem or aftermarket?

Rode in the pond today, and I really like the Argo 24 inchers. 1 to 2 psi seems to be the best pressure for most terrains. Have I mentioned that Im a diesel guy, but this 2 stroke is addictive!

I had the Argo 24" tires on my Max IV last summer, they were very smooth riding and pretty fast in the water.

Ah I though so... The design is pretty similar to kolpin rack that I bought over at 4 wheel online.
