  • Chain tensioner nylon roller

Anyone have a part number for replacement nylon roller on the chain tensioner for a Max 2? Mine are pretty wore out and I'd like to replace without buying the entire kit again.

Found some possible candidates on McMaster Carr:

    Appreciate the support!

i got just the nylon replacement pieces from richards relics. drilled out the rivets that held the old ones and fastened the new ones with small machine screws and lock nuts. that was easier than trying to get a rivet gun down in there, especially the back ones. good luck. he will know the parts. johnboy va.

Thanks John. I did not see the replacements for sale on his website. My tensioners have the washer tack welded to the bolt so I will either have to grind the weld out or replace the hardware.
