Red or blue loctite on set screws in rear inner bearing max iv

Blue is fine. Don't think the factory locktited them. If you have turned axles with the bolt in the end don't bother putting locktite on the setscrews. Just blue on the bolt. Argo quit installing setscrews in the inner bearings several years ago and I haven't seen any problems with that.

I have turned down axles I used red on the bolt 30ft.lbs.I will take your advise and use nothing on the set screws.Hope the red doesn't come back to hunt me later. Thanks

It will come loose on those bolts.
