Primary chain tension from t-20 on Max iv 950T?

I'm wondering how much slack or tension there should be on the chains that come from the t-20 transmission itself? It seems like they are tighter on the tensioner sprocket side but on the back side one towards the back of the machine i have probably 1.5 inches of play they seem really loose! All i can find is more about the axle chain tension not these chains?

The primary chains in that vehicle are best kept at less than 3/8" play midway on the rear side. If adlusted to tight it will bind up the shift collar inside and make it almost impossible to shift.

You need to get all of the wheels off the ground to check chain tension.
