Rim 6x6 tires and rim size?

I just got a old Rim 6x6 and need rims and tires. It has 5 lug 8" rims now and I would like to put on 12x10 w/26" tires. I contacted mudd ox and they want$75 each rim-Is their another option for a 12" rim that would fit 26" tires? What is the with of rim do I need ?

John Deer zero turn wheels are 12x10 with the right bolt pattern along with many other small tractor rims but none of them will have bead locks.
