Have you called Recreative Industries for the exhaust to see how much it would be?

The front chain tensioners pull up and the back ones push down. You can usually do them by hand however sometimes you have to use a little force. There is an article in the how-to section with a lot of pics of the tensioners: http://www.6x6world.com/forums/gener...placement.html

For the T20 use Dexron III (ATF). It only holds one quart. There are two plugs. You remove the both plugs. Then pour the fluid in the top hole until it starts coming out of the bottom hole. Again, it should only take one quart to do this.

You'll have to fab some of the exhaust, as max never used the 23 briggs which the heads are a little different than the 14-18 which max did use.

My 2003 manual for Max IV says same as Robbie: Drain the T-20 or pump out, Add 28 ounces of Type F auto tranny fluid plus 4 oz. of GM limited slip diff, fluid== 1qt. Good to go. Plug with vent goes inti TOP hole.

My fault, I was thinking of the 23hp Kohler.
