16hp carb same part for vertical and horzontal ?

Is the carburetor the same for a vertical and horizontal motor? I've got a 14 and want some added oomph like the larger 16 but can only find vertical shaft motor near me. The Briggs part tree doesn't help as I do not have a model number for a 16hp vertical motor. I'm looking at a used motor (parts only) that I can pick up for half the price of a used carb if it fits. Is the intake manifold just different for the vertical and same carb is used?

If anyone can give me a part number for the 16hp carb for a vertical engine it would be appreciated.

No, the vertical throat is horizontal and the horizontal throat is vertical , or side draft and down draft.
